My name is Lauren Miller and I am a
sophmore at Adelphi University, studying fine arts. I have been a
vegetarian for the past four years and have created Why go Vegetarian? in order to inform others about the many
positive aspects of changing to a healthier lifestyle. The decision to
become a vegetarian was a personal choice of mine and I would never try
to preach my opinion to others, this site was simply made to use as a
source for this who are, or interested in becoming a vegetarian.
